The experienced individuals will be responsible for taking JT Sports to
the next level by bringing to market only the finest in competitive
products for both the loader and mask categories.
Title: Product Manager
Location: Bentonville, AR
Experience: 3-5 years in Product Management
Job Description
JT Sports is looking for a Product Manager who is responsible for both product planning and product financial goals. This includes managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales and marketing, to deliver competitive products. The Product Manager's job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company's overall strategy, time-lines and goals.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university or equivalent education and experience
- 3-5 years experience in Product management
- An in depth knowledge of the paintball industry or action sports strongly desired
- Experience with Microsoft Office software
- Experience initiating and completing design projects from concept through production
- Experience setting-up specifications for quality control and analyzing quality control data
- Must be able to motivate available resources to focus on our projects
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Must be able to travel frequently
