We
are a 12 year composite manufacturing company with an established
customer base and a trademarked brand name product (Stiffi®) within the
paintball industry that is recognized Worldwide. We have all equipment,
tooling and machinery utilized in the making of high quality carbon
fiber products.
Over $1.2 million invested (of which approx. $400,000 in equipment).
Retailers that carry our product are in several countries: USA,
Canada, Great Britain, France, Brazil, Australia, Mexico, Argentina,
Sweden, New Zealand, Germany, etc.
Product has been included on the cover of sporting goods magazines
many times. Sponsor of 4 professional teams. Product awards and
recognition received from major sports magazines.
History: We originally made a name for ourselves in the survey
industry by becoming the manufacturer of the highest quality survey
equipment. We also made motorcycle exhaust canisters for most of the
major motor sports companies, telescope bodies for a well-known
company, rocket motor shrouds for the GPS II satellite, and other
quality OEM products.
In 2001, we added sporting goods to our lineup, where we created
our own product: the world’s lightest, strongest, stiffest, most
accurate sporting goods product in this niche sport. We invested
hundreds of thousands of dollars in marketing and advertising in the
first two years to promote this new product and the brand name. Coupled
with a high-quality and highly respected product, we soon had sporting
goods retailers from all over the world asking to carry our product due
to customer demand. Because of our brand recognition, we had intentions
to expand our product line within this sporting goods industry. This
economic recession has put that on hold.
Relocatable, but if you wish to keep the company at its current
location, we have well-trained and highly skilled experienced employees
who love their jobs. Our 3,000 sq. ft. facility is in the same rented
location from the start. The plant manager, who knows every aspect of
the business, will stay on if you so desire, or all equipment can be
relocated to your facility.
Prior to this current economic recession our yearly gross income
was 500,000 to 600,000. Reason for selling: One owner has passed away.
Remaining owner does not wish to remain in the business. We were asking
$600,000; however, we have had a professional evaluation and he
indicated based on the fact that we are looking for a quick sale, we
